Own a NeuraLabel Inkjet Printer? Start With the Right Label for the Printer and the Application.
NeuraLabel has built a strong presence in the on-demand color label printing market with commercial and industrial printers designed for everything from prime product labels to durable GHS and chemical labels.
Current NeuraLabel inkjet systems include the high-speed Callisto and the compact Sprint, while many businesses continue to operate earlier NeuraLabel 300x printers.
These printers give companies the ability to bring color label production in-house, reduce inventories of preprinted labels, accommodate changing SKUs, and print labels when they are actually needed.
But the printer is only one part of the labeling system.
The label material, inkjet coating, adhesive, size, roll construction, and end-use environment all play a role in how well the finished label performs.
PaladinID offers both Stock Inkjet Labels and custom inkjet labels for compatible NeuraLabel printers. With more than 40 years of labeling experience, we can help you work backward from your application to determine the right label construction.
The NeuraLabel Inkjet Label Printer Family
NeuraLabel offers color label printing systems for businesses that need to produce professional labels in-house, from shorter product-label runs to demanding industrial and regulatory applications.
NeuraLabel inkjet printers include:
- NeuraLabel Callisto
- NeuraLabel Callisto GHS
- NeuraLabel Sprint
- NeuraLabel 300x
- Earlier NeuraLabel inkjet systems still in operation
The current Callisto is a high-speed industrial inkjet label printer using aqueous pigment inks. It can accommodate label media from approximately 1 inch to 12 inches wide and print at speeds up to 90 feet per minute.
The NeuraLabel Sprint is a smaller desktop inkjet platform designed for short- to medium-run color label production and is available with either dye- or pigment-based ink.
The earlier NeuraLabel 300x also established a significant installed base and used pigment inks with HP PageWide technology for high-speed on-demand color label production.
Each platform has different capabilities, but they all have one thing in common:
The label needs to be compatible with the printer and the application.
That is where PaladinID can help.
Which NeuraLabel Inkjet Printer Are You Using?
NeuraLabel Callisto
The Callisto is NeuraLabel’s high-speed commercial and industrial color inkjet label printer.
It uses aqueous pigment inks and stationary thermal inkjet technology to produce durable full-color labels at speeds up to 90 feet per minute.
One of the Callisto’s biggest advantages is media flexibility. It can accommodate media from approximately 1 inch to 12 inches wide, making it suitable for everything from smaller product labels to large container and chemical labels.
Compatible media can include properly qualified inkjet-coated papers and synthetic materials such as BOPP, vinyl, and PET.
NeuraLabel Callisto GHS
The Callisto is also designed for demanding GHS and chemical-label applications where durability can be critical.
With the correct certified media, the Callisto can be used to produce BS5609-compliant labels for applications involving exposure to water, chemicals, abrasion, UV light, and harsh environments.
That makes media selection especially important.
Simply putting a synthetic label through a pigment inkjet printer does not automatically make the finished label appropriate for a demanding chemical or GHS application. The ink, facestock, coating, adhesive, and certification requirements all need to be considered.
NeuraLabel Sprint
The NeuraLabel Sprint is a desktop color inkjet label printer designed for short- to medium-run production.
It supports labels from approximately 1 inch to 8.5 inches wide and is available with dye- or pigment-based ink, giving businesses flexibility based on their print-quality and durability requirements.
NeuraLabel 300x
The NeuraLabel 300x is an earlier high-speed inkjet label printer that remains in use at many businesses.
Built around HP PageWide technology, the 300x uses pigment inks and can print media from approximately 1.5 inches to 8.5 inches wide at speeds up to 100 feet per minute.
Although NeuraLabel has replaced the 300x with the newer Callisto platform, owners of existing 300x printers still need properly constructed inkjet labels.
Whether you are running a current Callisto or Sprint or an earlier 300x, PaladinID can help you determine the right label for your printer and application.
Two Ways to Buy Labels for Your NeuraLabel Inkjet Printer
1. Stock NeuraLabel Inkjet Labels
If your NeuraLabel printer uses a common label size and material, start with PaladinID’s Stock Inkjet Labels.
We offer hundreds of stock inkjet label size and material combinations for businesses that need quality blank labels without waiting for a custom manufacturing run.
Stock labels can be an excellent choice when:
- Your application uses a common label size
- You need labels quickly
- You do not require a specialty adhesive
- You need smaller quantities
- You are testing a NeuraLabel printer or a new labeling application
- You want to avoid custom manufacturing when it is not necessary
Before manufacturing something custom, we recommend looking at our Stock Inkjet Labels first.
Why manufacture a custom label if PaladinID already has the right solution sitting on the shelf?
That is part of what being your Label Guide means.
2. Custom NeuraLabel Inkjet Labels With Real-Time Online Pricing
What if the label you need is not available as a stock product?
This is where PaladinID is changing the way custom inkjet labels are purchased.
Our new Custom Inkjet Label App allows you to configure a custom blank inkjet label and see current pricing in real time.
Traditionally, purchasing custom labels meant sending specifications to a supplier, requesting a quote, waiting for pricing, changing the quantity, requesting another price, and waiting again.
We thought there should be a better way.
Now There Is.
Select your printer.
Choose your label shape and size.
Choose your material.
Enter your quantity.
See your pricing in real time.
Change the quantity and immediately see how it affects the price. Compare different configurations without repeatedly requesting another quote.
We believe this can revolutionize how businesses research and purchase custom blank inkjet labels.
More Than 5,000 Custom Inkjet Label Sizes to Choose From
One of the biggest advantages of the PaladinID Custom Inkjet Label App is our extensive library of existing label sizes.
We offer more than 5,000 sizes to choose from.
That gives NeuraLabel printer owners thousands of possibilities without automatically requiring the expense of manufacturing a new cutting die.
Labels can be configured for applications including:
- Food and beverage products
- Bottles and containers
- Boxes and cartons
- Health and beauty products
- Nutraceutical products
- Chemical labels
- GHS labels
- Industrial identification
- Barcode labels
- Warehouse labels
- Retail products
- Private-label products
- Packaging applications
- Variable-data labels
- Specialty applications
Need a rectangle? Square? Circle? Oval? Or another configuration?
There is a good chance we already have tooling available for the size you need.
Can’t find the exact size?
Give us a call. More than 5,000 sizes is a great starting point, but it does not represent the limit of what PaladinID can manufacture.
NeuraLabel Pigment Ink Is Durable. The Label Still Matters.
The pigment-based NeuraLabel systems are capable of producing durable labels, but the ink is only one component of the finished label.
The facestock, inkjet coating, adhesive, liner, and application environment all matter.
What Are You Labeling?
A label being applied to a dry corrugated carton may need a completely different construction than a label being applied to a plastic chemical drum, glass bottle, polyethylene container, or flexible package.
What Will the Label Be Exposed To?
Water, chemicals, oils, abrasion, refrigeration, freezing temperatures, heat, UV exposure, and outdoor conditions can all affect material and adhesive selection.
Paper or Synthetic?
Inkjet-coated paper can be an excellent choice for many indoor product and identification applications.
For applications requiring additional moisture resistance, chemical resistance, flexibility, or durability, an inkjet-compatible synthetic material such as BOPP, PET, or another film may be the better solution.
What About GHS and BS5609 Labels?
Applications involving GHS chemical labeling require special attention.
If BS5609 compliance is required, the complete printed label construction needs to meet the appropriate requirements. Printer capability alone does not make every label material BS5609 compliant.
Tell us what your label needs to survive, and we can work backward from those requirements.
Why Buy NeuraLabel Inkjet Labels From PaladinID?
There are plenty of places where you can purchase a roll of blank inkjet labels.
PaladinID’s job is to help you purchase the right label.
More Than 40 Years of Label Experience
PaladinID has spent more than four decades solving labeling applications. Facestocks, inkjet coatings, adhesives, liners, printer compatibility, roll configurations, application surfaces, and environmental conditions all matter.
We Understand Durable Inkjet Applications
NeuraLabel printers are used in applications ranging from colorful product labels to demanding chemical and GHS identification.
Those applications can require very different label constructions.
We look beyond whether a roll simply fits the printer and consider what the finished label needs to accomplish after it is printed and applied.
We Start With Your Application
We do not start with the label we want to sell.
We start with what you are trying to accomplish and work backward to determine the right solution.
Stock Labels When Stock Makes Sense
If one of our Stock Inkjet Labels works for your NeuraLabel printer and application, that is where we will start.
There is no reason to manufacture something custom if we already have the right solution available.

Custom Labels When You Need Something Different
Different size? Different material? Specialty adhesive? Unique shape? Particular roll configuration?
That is where custom converting becomes valuable.
More Than 5,000 Available Sizes
Our extensive die library gives NeuraLabel users thousands of existing size options and can eliminate new tooling costs in many applications.
Real-Time Custom Label Pricing
Our Custom Inkjet Label App allows you to configure a label and immediately see pricing based on your selections.
Change the size. Change the material. Change the quantity. See what happens to your price.
We believe buying custom labels should be that simple.
Don’t Start With the Label. Start With the Application.
After more than four decades in the labeling industry, this is one of the most important lessons we have learned.
We do not start with the product we want to sell.
We start with your end goal and work backward.
Which NeuraLabel printer are you using?
Are you using pigment or dye ink?
What are you labeling?
What surface is the label being applied to?
What does the finished label need to look like?
What environment will it encounter?
Does it need to meet a particular durability or regulatory requirement?
How long does it need to remain attached?
Once we understand those answers, we can determine the appropriate:
- NeuraLabel printer compatibility
- Label size and shape
- Facestock
- Inkjet coating
- Adhesive
- Liner
- Roll configuration
- Finished label durability
We don’t believe in forcing every customer into the same label.
We believe in finding the solution that works for your application.
That is what being your Label Guide is all about.
