Own an IntoPrint Inkjet Label Printer? Start With the Right Label.

IntoPrint Technologies offers digital printing and finishing equipment for businesses that need flexible, on-demand production capabilities. For companies using an IntoPrint inkjet label printer, bringing color label production in-house can provide greater control over inventory, shorter production runs, faster turnaround times, and the ability to print labels when they are actually needed. But the printer is only one part of the labeling system. The label material, inkjet coating, adhesive, size, roll construction, and end-use application all play a role in how well the finished label performs. PaladinID offers both Stock Inkjet Labels and custom inkjet labels for compatible IntoPrint label printing applications. With more than 40 years of labeling experience, we can help you work backward from your application to determine the right label construction.

IntoPrint RP85100 Digital Inkjet Label Printer

One of IntoPrint’s dedicated inkjet label printing systems is the RP85100 Digital Label Printer. The RP85100 uses an inkjet engine powered by HP PageWide technology and pigment-based inks. It is designed for businesses that need professional short-run and on-demand digital color label production. The printer supports media widths from 5 inches to 8.5 inches and a print width up to 8.25 inches. It can print at speeds up to 100 feet per minute with resolution up to 2400 x 1200 dpi. IntoPrint lists a wide range of compatible media possibilities, including paper, polyester, polypropylene, vinyl, and other synthetic label stocks. The printer can also handle continuous media as well as pre-die-cut labels. That versatility is a major advantage, but it also makes choosing the right label material especially important. Just because a material can travel through the printer does not automatically mean it is the best label for your application. That is where PaladinID can help.

What Are You Printing With Your IntoPrint Label Printer?

The IntoPrint RP85100 is designed to give businesses flexibility when producing shorter-run digital labels and applications involving multiple SKUs, variable information, and faster turnaround requirements. Potential applications can include:
  • Food and beverage labels
  • Product labels
  • Bottle and container labels
  • Health and beauty labels
  • Nutraceutical labels
  • Industrial identification
  • Barcode labels
  • Warehouse labels
  • Promotional labels
  • Variable-data labels
  • Private-label products
  • Short-run packaging applications
But those applications do not necessarily use the same label material. A paper label being applied to a dry corrugated box has very different requirements from a polypropylene label being applied to a bottle that may encounter moisture, refrigeration, chemicals, or abrasion. That is why PaladinID starts with the application instead of simply asking what size label you need.

Two Ways to Buy Labels for Your IntoPrint Inkjet Printer

1. Stock IntoPrint Inkjet Labels

If your IntoPrint printer uses a common size and material, start with PaladinID’s Stock Inkjet Labels. We offer hundreds of stock inkjet label size and material combinations for businesses that need quality blank labels without waiting for a custom manufacturing run. Stock labels can be an excellent choice when:
  • Your application uses a common label size
  • You need labels quickly
  • You do not require a specialty adhesive
  • You need smaller quantities
  • You are testing a new IntoPrint labeling application
  • You want to avoid custom manufacturing when it is not necessary
Before manufacturing something custom, we recommend looking at our Stock Inkjet Labels first. Why manufacture a custom label if PaladinID already has the right solution sitting on the shelf? That is part of what being your Label Guide means. Shop Stock Inkjet Labels

2. Custom IntoPrint Inkjet Labels With Real-Time Online Pricing

What if the label you need is not available as a stock product? This is where PaladinID is changing the way custom inkjet labels are purchased. Our new Custom Inkjet Label App allows you to configure a custom blank inkjet label and see current pricing in real time. Traditionally, purchasing custom labels meant sending specifications to a supplier, requesting a quote, waiting for pricing, changing the quantity, requesting another price, and waiting again. We thought there should be a better way.

Now There Is.

Select your printer. Choose your label shape and size. Choose your material. Enter your quantity. See your pricing in real time. Change the quantity and immediately see how it affects the price. Compare different configurations without repeatedly requesting another quote. We believe this can revolutionize how businesses research and purchase custom blank inkjet labels. More Than 5,000 Custom Inkjet Label Sizes to Choose From

One of the biggest advantages of the PaladinID Custom Inkjet Label App is our extensive library of existing label sizes. We offer more than 5,000 sizes to choose from. That gives IntoPrint printer owners thousands of possibilities without automatically requiring the expense of manufacturing a new cutting die. Need a rectangle? Square? Circle? Oval? Or another configuration? There is a good chance we already have tooling available for the size you need. Can’t find the exact size? Give us a call. More than 5,000 sizes is a great starting point, but it does not represent the limit of what PaladinID can manufacture.

The Printer Is Only Half of the Equation

The IntoPrint RP85100 uses pigment-based ink designed to provide durable color output, but ink durability is only one part of the finished label. The label itself still needs to perform after it leaves the printer.

What Surface Are You Labeling?

Glass, corrugated cardboard, polyethylene, polypropylene, metal, flexible packaging, and other surfaces can require very different adhesives.

What Environment Will the Label Encounter?

Will it remain indoors? Will it encounter moisture, refrigeration, freezing temperatures, chemicals, oils, abrasion, heat, or outdoor exposure? Those conditions can change the label material and adhesive we recommend.

Paper or Film?

Paper can be an excellent and economical solution for many indoor applications. For applications requiring additional moisture resistance, durability, flexibility, or a more premium finished appearance, an inkjet-compatible synthetic film may be a better choice.

What Adhesive Do You Need?

Permanent is not always permanent enough. And aggressive is not always better. The correct adhesive depends on the surface, application temperature, service temperature, environmental exposure, and how long the label needs to remain attached. This is why we want to understand the application before recommending the label.

Why Buy IntoPrint Inkjet Labels From PaladinID?

There are plenty of places where you can purchase a roll of blank labels. PaladinID’s job is to help you purchase the right label.

More Than 40 Years of Label Experience

PaladinID has spent more than four decades solving labeling applications. Facestocks, inkjet coatings, adhesives, liners, roll configurations, application surfaces, and environmental conditions all matter.

We Start With Your Application

We do not start with the label we want to sell. We start with what you are trying to accomplish and work backward to determine the right solution.

Stock Labels When Stock Makes Sense

If one of our Stock Inkjet Labels works for your IntoPrint printer and application, that is where we will start. There is no reason to manufacture something custom if we already have the right solution available. View PaladinID Stock Inkjet Labels

Custom Labels When You Need Something Different

Different size? Different material? Specialty adhesive? Unique shape? Particular roll configuration? That is where custom converting becomes valuable.

More Than 5,000 Available Sizes

Our extensive die library gives IntoPrint users thousands of existing size options and can eliminate new tooling costs in many applications.

Real-Time Custom Label Pricing

Our Custom Inkjet Label App allows you to configure a label and immediately see pricing based on your selections. Change the size. Change the material. Change the quantity. See what happens to your price. We believe buying custom labels should be that simple.

Don’t Start With the Label. Start With the Application.

After more than four decades in the labeling industry, this is one of the most important lessons we have learned. We do not start with the product we want to sell. We start with your end goal and work backward. Which IntoPrint printer are you using? What are you labeling? What surface is the label being applied to? What does the finished label need to look like? What environment will it encounter? How long does it need to remain attached? Once we understand those answers, we can determine the appropriate:
  • Printer compatibility
  • Label size and shape
  • Facestock
  • Inkjet coating
  • Adhesive
  • Liner
  • Roll configuration
  • Finished label durability
We don’t believe in forcing every customer into the same label. We believe in finding the solution that works for your application. That is what being your Label Guide is all about.
