At most companies, labels are printed off-line and then handed to an operator who applies the labels to the product. This is a very time-consuming two-step process. Our new solution allows you to integrate a new printer (or your existing printer) into this semi-automatic labeler. This makes it a full print and apply machine for about a fraction of the cost of the standard print and apply solutions from Zebra, Quadrel, or Label-Aire.
This system is perfect for companies that have products that are labeled with a flat side. We are helping a lot of customers in the Cannabis industry. They have small containers or bags that need to be labeled by the thousands. All of the variable data is printed in-line and then applied in a one-step process, saving time and money.
The video shows an Epson inkjet color label printer, but we now have the ability to connect a thermal transfer printer such as a Zebra, Datamax, Sato, Intermec, etc.
