Zebra PolyPro 4000D – Direct Thermal Matte Polypropylene Labels with All-Temp Permanent Adhesive

Flexible Labeling • Cold Storage Ready • Zebra Reliability

When you need a direct thermal label that performs well across various surfaces and low temperatures, Zebra PolyPro 4000D provides a trusted solution. This direct thermal matte polypropylene material features an all-temp acrylic-based permanent adhesive, delivering strong performance on corrugated, plastic, and metal surfaces, even in cold storage environments.

Material construction includes:

  • 2.8 mil white matte topcoated polypropylene facestock

  • 0.8 mil all-temp acrylic adhesive

  • 2.5 mil semi-bleached kraft liner
    for a total construction thickness of 6.1 mil (±10%).

Temperature performance supports versatility:

  • Minimum application temperature: –40°F (–40°C)

  • Service range: –65°F to 131°F (–54°C to 55°C)

  • Not recommended for outdoor use

This material meets FDA 175.105 for indirect food contact and is suitable for fanfolding but not recommended for chemical exposure.
