Zebra PolyPro 3000T Matte – Thermal Transfer Polypropylene Labels with Permanent Adhesive
Flexible Application • Good Chemical Resistance • Zebra Reliability
When you need a durable yet conformable label for curved or tight surfaces, Zebra PolyPro 3000T Matte offers the perfect balance of performance and flexibility. This thermal transfer matte polypropylene label delivers good smear and scratch resistance while maintaining excellent conformability to tight diameters—ideal for test tubes, packaging, pharmaceutical labeling, and general industrial use.
The facestock consists of a 3.0 mil white matte topcoated polypropylene paired with a 1.0 mil acrylic-based permanent adhesive, making this label suitable for a wide range of packaging and container labeling applications.
According to Zebra specifications, PolyPro 3000T Matte performs in temperatures ranging from –65°F to 200°F (–54°C to 80°C), with an expected outdoor life of up to 6 months.
It is FDA 175.105 compliant for indirect food contact, making it a strong candidate for food packaging and related industries.
For optimal print performance, Zebra recommends using 6100, 3200, or 6200 resin ribbons, providing strong resistance to weak and moderate chemical exposures.
