Zebra EnduraGuard 4000D

Long-Lasting Direct Thermal Performance for Demanding Outdoor Applications

When your operation demands the durability of thermal transfer — but the convenience of direct thermal — Zebra EnduraGuard 4000D delivers.

Built with a 3.0 mil glossy white polypropylene synthetic facestock and a patent-pending coating, EnduraGuard 4000D achieves durability typically only possible with thermal transfer labels — without the need for ribbons. Designed specifically for mobile printing environments, this rugged label performs in harsh outdoor conditions while streamlining workflows.

EnduraGuard 4000D withstands UV exposure up to six months outdoors, extreme temperatures from –65°F to 180°F, rain and snow, and a wide range of chemicals including alcohol, bleach, IPA, acetone, and xylene. The permanent acrylic adhesive bonds aggressively to corrugate, plastic, polyethylene, polycarbonate, glass, and metal — in many cases the facestock tears before the adhesive releases.
