An international auto transport company approached us looking for a solution for labeling automobiles being transported around the world.

We recommended RevealPro High-Heat, designed to withstand the high temperatures these labels would face throughout their lifespan.

After rigorous testing, the company approved the material, and the RevealPro High-Heat labels performed exceptionally well for more than 18 months.

Then the customer came back with a new request: Could we add RFID to these labels?

Adding RFID to a High-Heat Label

This presented a unique challenge because it had never been done before.

We worked with a specialized company to take the raw label stock and integrate an RFID inlay into the material. After testing a prototype, the labels worked perfectly.

The customer can now use their mobile printers in the field to label automobiles and program the RFID tags in one seamless step.

This saves hours of labor and significantly reduces costs while adding RFID tracking capabilities to their existing labeling process.
