We’re excited to introduce ThermaShield DT Syn, a direct thermal BOPP label developed for applications where ordinary labels simply can’t keep up.

ThermaShield DT Syn was developed as a direct replacement for Zebra Thermalock 4000D after the product was discontinued, leaving a significant gap in the market.

These weather-resistant synthetic labels are designed for outdoor use and can withstand sunlight and the elements without fading. PaladinID spent the last year developing and testing this facestock to make sure it met our standards.

Although other direct thermal BOPP materials are available, ThermaShield DT Syn was specifically developed for direct sunlight and demanding outdoor environments.
