Their current mobile thermal transfer printer was quickly becoming obsolete. They needed a new option quick – a product that would work with their new direct thermal printers.
Solution: We introduced them to a new product on the market called RevealPro. It is identical to RevealPrint, which utilizes a direct thermal paper, but it is a film product, specifically designed for outdoor applications. We provided samples to the customer and they loved it. They are able to keep their operations going with an outdoor mobile direct thermal solution.
