After being in the auto ID industry over 19 years and having my own business 10 of those years, I am very pleased to announce my new name and new website. This has been a long time in the making. We here at PaladinID are very excited about our name and the direction the company is heading. I want to personally thank all of my customers who have been with me from the start. Over 90% of our customers have been with us 7 or more years. That is a great statistic with today’s churn and burn mentality.
I also want to thank Flock Marketing in Grand Ledge, Michigan (formerly Acorn Creative in Laconia, NH) for their insight, hard work and dedication in helping us through this renaming, rebranding and refocusing of our business efforts. They’re a great group of people to work with. I highly recommend them, just not to my competition.
We are unveiling our new name at the Nepcon East 2007 Trade Show in Boston, MA on October 30 and 31. We will be in booth 1045. I will be in contact with all of my customers letting them know the great news. Again, thank you and I look forward to hearing from you either in person, on the phone, email or on this new blog.
