When temporary identification is required without damaging the surface, Zebra PolyPro 4000T Removable provides a durable and efficient solution. This thermal transfer matte polypropylene label features a removable acrylic-based adhesive, delivering strong print performance while allowing label removal without residue.

This material offers good smear and scratch resistance plus excellent chemical resistance, making it suitable for environments where temporary labeling must withstand light to moderate handling and controlled exposures.

Material construction includes:

3.8 mil white matte topcoated polypropylene facestock
1.0 mil removable acrylic-based adhesive
3.2 mil semi-bleached kraft liner
Total thickness: 8.0 mil (±10%).

Temperature performance:

Minimum application temperature: 45°F (7°C)
Service range: 0°F to 160°F (–18°C to 71°C)
Expected exterior life: 2 years

Chemical resistance supports use in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, water, salt water, cleaning agents, alcohol, ammonia, bleach, and IPA, when printed with Zebra 6100 or 3200 ribbons.
