Zebra 8000D High-Temp – Direct Thermal Paper Labels with All-Temp Permanent Adhesive
High Heat Resistance • Extended Shelf Life • Zebra Reliability
When you need a direct thermal label that performs in higher-temperature environments without the use of ribbons, Zebra 8000D High-Temp is the ideal solution. This direct thermal paper label features an all-temp permanent acrylic adhesive and offers excellent print quality, making it suitable for hot food service, packaging, and archival use.
According to Zebra specifications, 8000D High-Temp labels can withstand temperatures up to 194°F (90°C) and provide 12x the life of conventional direct thermal labels under fluorescent light and partial UV exposure, such as through a window.
It is also FDA 175.105 compliant for indirect food contact, making it a strong fit for restaurants and quick-service environments.
This material features white woven nylon facestock (3.2 mil) paired with a 0.8 mil acrylic-based, all-temperature permanent adhesive, offering strong adhesion across corrugated, stainless steel, polycarbonate, and polyethylene surfaces (see adhesive strength chart on page 1).
