We are excited to announce the arrival of our new direct thermal BOPP labels called ThermaShield DT Syn. These labels are a direct replacement for the Zebra Thermalock 4000D. There was a very large void in the market for this type of product when Zebra discontinued it about a year ago. These are weatherproof synthetic product labels that are designed to be used outdoors to withstand the sun. We have spent the last year developing and testing this face stock and it finally meets our approval. Although there are other direct thermal BOPP label materials on the market, this is specifically designed to in direct sunlight and withstand the elements.

- Labels that are weather resistant
- Removable or permanent adhesive
- RFID capabilities (2nd quarter of 2023)

This label material is guaranteed to work with any direct thermal printer producing high-quality text, graphics, and bar codes.
