The app does not respond after scanning a smart label. How do I troubleshoot?


Perform the following steps to validate if your mobile settings are correct

a. The android version on your phone is v 5.0 Lollypop or above.
b. Please ensure that GPS and NFC are enabled on the phone.
c. You are either on the ‘Scan Label’ or ‘Configure Label’ screen of the mobile application while you are scanning the label.
d. If the app is still unable to scan the label, it probably means that the label’s battery has died down or the label is damaged.
