Shipping and Returns
Shipping: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day. Most orders ship within three business days of processing via UPS (United Parcel Service), FedEx or other common carrier. We reserve the right to select the carrier. Allow one to five business days after shipment for your order to arrive. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Delays due to inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may adversely affect delivery times. Shipments outside the contiguous 48 states may experience longer shipping times.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated by weight at the time orders are placed for all shipments within the contiguous 48 states.
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product within 15 business days of the original ship date. Refunds will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the unused product returned. Standard products returned require prior approval from PaladinID, LLC. Items without a proper RMA number will be returned to you freight collect. Sales of all custom products are final. Returned items must be packed in the original packing carton or equivalent with prepaid freight and include a copy of the invoice and all related parts, accessories and manuals. Software and printheads must be unopened. Damage in transit is the responsibility of the customer. Please consider insuring your return package(s) and double boxing the product. Original shipping costs may not be reimbursed.
