I have been in the bar code labeling business for over 23 years.  I came across this video on how UPC bar codes work.  I knew some of this, but the finer details were new to me.  I really enjoyed the detailed explanation.  You too can become a bar code expert after viewing this short video.

Now after spending many, many hours in class with Dave and hearing the stories of his life, the things he has been through and the lessons he teaches, I can say for certain, this man is genuine and he really has it going on!  I was also very impressed by the people he has brought to the conference from his company, like Jen Sievertsen who is his Chief Marketing Officer to Cam Cornelius who is Director of Photography/Video Specialist.  These people are very professional and were truly interested and sincere in helping me with my business.  The attendees were great as well, very friendly and open.  I have made many friends for life.  I will leave here a very changed person.  If you are thinking of attending this event in the future, I would highly recommend it.  I had a life changing experience here in Orlando and I am looking forward to using what I have learned and incorporating the many ideas into my business starting Monday.  Dave, I cannot thank you enough, please keep up the great work.

The concept of blogs is very new, in fact most blogs just started within the past two years.  Many people have heard of them, but few really know or understand what they are all about, including me.  I came across this video and thought it was very educational.  I thought it might be helpful to pass this information along.  Feel free to leave your thoughts.

A friend of mine sent me this video which I thought spoke volumes about the innovative thinking of some people. It reminded me of how PaladinID thinks and works. I designed an integrated label on a form for one of my customers.  They are using a paper business form with a pressure sensitive label attached to it.  With one pass through the printer, the information regarding the pick ticket and address label was complete in one pass.  Before this the customer had to print the pick ticket and the label separately and then made sure both items were put on the correct order.  Now, this is done on one form, one pass, with no mistakes.  The same customer came to me and needed a solution for their shipping labels.  I designed an integrated label within there shipping label.  This is the exact same scenario as the integrated label form, but it uses a pressure sensitive label instead of the form.  This creates peel-out label within a label.  This customer had to print a shipping label and their customer wanted some information they could take off of the shipping label and stick to the packing slips to verify shipment.  There are many applications where this can be used to save your company time and money.  For more information and stock sizes, please click here.
