New Source Technologies STP1115 Bar Code Label Printer

I received the new Source Technologies STP1115 thermal transfer bar code label printer last week. I was asked to evaluate the printer. It has much of the same characteristics as the STP1120N except this is a flat head printer, just like a Zebra or Datamax. The auto-loading of labels was great and easy to use. I will have more information in the coming weeks once I put the printer through it’s paces. What I can say is that the printing is clean and crisp. I was very excited about quality of the ladder style bar codes. It was as good as a picket fence style bar code. I have several customers who could benefit from this alone. NRF 101st Annual Convention & EXPO!

The NRF Convention & Expo starts today January 15th & 17th at the Jacob Javits Convention Center, NYC. This show is specifically geared towards retail and the company’s associated with it.
