CTM has a product called a table top wrap applicator. This machine is specifically designed to label small to medium sized vials or bottles. Speeds vary by product type and label size. This machine can be configured to label a wide range of different sized products. The only requirement is that the product has to be round and roll. This video demonstrates labeling a small vial at about 45 per minute. Some of the benefits of using this machine is speed and accuracy of placing labels on your products. If you are currently hand-labeling your products, you should take a look at this machine.

The International Parking Institute IPI, the world’s largest parking expo, is happening now May 22-25 in Pittsburgh, PA. Did you know that parking is a $25 Billion dollar industry that impacts every aspect of our lives. I had no idea. IPI is the largest and the leading association of parking professionals and the parking industry. One of the biggest problems cities have is the collection of parking fines. The main reason is because the old style forms are hand written and very difficult to read, once the ticket is issued. Then, this information needs to be typed into the computer and input errors occur. If there is an error on the ticket, the ticket gets dismissed in court and no money is collected for the fine. This is a big waste of time and money. A new way of writing tickets is call E-Citation. This is where a mobile handheld computer is used along with a wireless printer. The data gets collected and stored and a ticket is printed and issued.
Of the many products we carry, two are specifically geared for this space. The Datamax-O’Neil rugged receipt/ticket printer Microflash 4T/4TE or the Microflash 2TE. Along with the printers, we supply the parking tickets, featured here. We can customize your parking ticket with text, colors and size. We are excited to be serving this industry and helping municipalities and companies become more efficient with their resources and time.
PS, this is a demo ticket, I did not get a parking ticket.
I had the privilege, yes, I did say privilege, of spending a week at the EntreLeadership Conference with Dave Ramsey. All I can say is after the first 2 hour session, I was completely blown away. I attended Financial Peace University (FPU) for my personal finances several years ago and it completely changed my life. My hope was that EntreLeadership would do for my business that FPU did for my personal life.
Now after spending many, many hours in class with Dave and hearing the stories of his life, the things he has been through and the lessons he teaches, I can say for certain, this man is genuine and he really has it going on! I was also very impressed by the people he has brought to the conference from his company, like Jen Sievertsen who is his Chief Marketing Officer to Cam Cornelius who is Director of Photography/Video Specialist. These people are very professional and were truly interested and sincere in helping me with my business. The attendees were great as well, very friendly and open. I have made many friends for life. I will leave here a very changed person. If you are thinking of attending this event in the future, I would highly recommend it. I had a life changing experience here in Orlando and I am looking forward to using what I have learned and incorporating the many ideas into my business starting Monday. Dave, I cannot thank you enough, please keep up the great work.
I had a meeting with Tim Laudermilk of Valkaria Gardens in Grant Valkaria, Florida last year. After walking through his nursery, I noticed that everything was identified by hand written paper nursery tags. He explained to me that one of the problems he was having was tagging and marking his nursery inventory, it was time consuming and very illegible. I suggested he use a thermal transfer label and tag printer with specially designed synthetic, weather resistant, nursery tags for his industry. After sending in samples, he decided to order the system. The system is now up and running and plants are identified by clear printed tags. The two biggest benefits of this printing system is that the tags are printed very fast, about one a second and the pricing questions have been reduced to next to zero. This is because the tags are now legible. I have included a couple of before and after pictures of his tags. For more information about Valkaria Gardens, please stop by for a visit, or email them at valkariagardens@aol.com, or call them at 321.302.0118 and tell them Dana sent you.

The concept of blogs is very new, in fact most blogs just started within the past two years. Many people have heard of them, but few really know or understand what they are all about, including me. I came across this video and thought it was very educational. I thought it might be helpful to pass this information along. Feel free to leave your thoughts.
A friend of mine sent me this video which I thought spoke volumes about the innovative thinking of some people. It reminded me of how PaladinID thinks and works. What makes us different is that we think outside the box. Many customers have come to us after they were told it could not be done. With our extensive years of experience and a great vendor support network behind us, we have the expertise to make it happen. I hope you enjoy this video as much as I did.
I had the privilege of attending my first Chick-fil-A Leadercast seminar last Friday. It was awesome. There were 8+ speakers that went the entire day. Dave Ramsey spoke and he was great! I am a huge Dave Ramsey fan. Seth Godin also spoke and I really enjoyed him as well. Here is a video on what Seth Godin talked about. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did.
I came across this news article about a company called Camcode who just did a press release about their new outside durable labels for the smart meter industry. They are pre-printed and made of anodized aluminum. The good thing is that they are designed to last 20-30 years. The bad thing is that they are pre-printed. We came out with a product for the smart meter industry two years ago that can be variable printed on-site through a standard thermal transfer printer and last many years as well. Best of all, you can have your labels or ID tags in color. If your project requires outdoor labeling using variable information, we have a solution. For more information click here.
